Cancellations and refunds

We hereby wish to inform you about the cancellation and refund policy for appointments booked and paid through website https://benessere.orion-booking.gr.

Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, will receive a full refund or a voucher to use the full amount within 30 days.

Cancellations made 12 hours before the scheduled appointment, will receive a 50% refund or a voucher to use the full amount within 30 days.

Cancellations made 4 hours before the scheduled appointment, will not receive any refund but will be given a voucher to use the full amount within 30 days.

Cancellations of less than 4 hours before the scheduled appointment or no-shows, will not receive any refund nor will be given a voucher. Any delayed arrival may result in reduced massage time without price reduction.

Cancelling of appointment using a gift card is possible up to 4 hours before the scheduled time or else your gift card will be considered redeemed. A no-show will also result in gift card redemption. If your prepaid appointment cannot take place due to the business’ responsibility, you will receive a full refund.
